We had Christmas with The Grands tonight and this was Ladybug's favorite gift this year.

Me: This is a big bag, YOU might even be able to fit in it.

Ladybug: Let me see. (Jumps in bag)

Me: I'll grab a tag, can you stay in there until Christmas Eve?

Ladybug: Noooo, I might have to go the bathroom.

These two sweet girls got to spend the day together at Coco's. They look pretty happy about that too.

Ladybug had a little Christmas party at school today and it looks like she had plenty of sugar! A great start to a two week school break...her first adventure is to spend the weekend with Coco. Ha, Coco can handle all that sugar!

I tried so hard to get a great picture of Ladybug singing at church tonight. Ahh well, the program was super cute and she even had a speaking part!

I found this on my garage door tonight when I came home from work.

Every time I turn around she's making a new list and the wishes have changed. The list from school had a swimming pool on it!

When T is out of town, he's really good about sending mail to Ladybug. (To me too, he's very thoughtful. 💕) This girl LOVES getting mail. Today a really neat tube package full of happies arrived and she was ecstatic!

December 10

T is out of town again and Bug and I were talking about what to have for dinner. We had just watched a few minutes of Donut Showdown on the cooking channel and she was now ready to make some donuts. I laughed and told her if she could find some biscuits in the fridge we would make some for dinner. Joke was on me, she actually found a can! So, off to the kitchen we went. I am pretty sure they were a big hit.

December 7

Some playtime in the kitchen between homework and bath time tonight. This is an old toy that came back out after Abby gifted her the stuffed friends. We still haven't cleaned out her toys to get ready for Santa.

December 6

She's loving our newest yard decoration! And asking almost every day if it's going to snow.

December 5

T took Ladybug to the downtown parade today. She was all excited to be going this past week and then when the time came she didn't want to get dressed! (I think she just wanted to stay with me and make sure I was doing ok.)

T convinced her to go and she had a blast!

December 3

6:38 AM and I'm on my way to work for my 15th straight day in a row. A crummy little half day off during the past week does not count when there are presents to buy, wrapping to do and a house to clean!

Wrapping presents in our temporarily rearranged kitchen. After demonstrating how to wrap at least 20 times, I just have to embrace her wrapping imperfections.
