Ladybug finally filled the potty chart with stickers!!  If I wasn't so tired from working all day then I'd go look up when we taped that chart to the wall.  Maybe my Mom will look it up for me, hehe.  I know it has to be at least a month since we put it up.  So yeah, we're not doing so great with the potty training but we're working on it.

T decided that he would take Bug to Target to pick out her reward.  Well, I made him take the chart with them because I really wanted her to understand why she was getting the treat.  

She must understand all right...you can see that she's working on her next chart already!!

December 2

We decorated our tree and I'm pretty sure all of the ornaments are right along the bottom in one little area....compliments of Bug, of course.  She was amazed and delighted about the tree when she got up this morning.  We made her wait all day before we decorated it.  I remember my dad making us wait days before decorating the tree because that tree needed to breathe.

She was all into the decoration boxes and the ornaments...she loved the whole experience! And her energy level was sky high as she ran back and forth.

December Daily - December 1

It's my favorite time of the year...December Daily!  I'm feeling excited and overwhelmed about blogging every day during the month of December in addition to keeping up with my December Daily scrapbook.  We'll see how well this goes as I'm working 6 days a week from now through Christmas.  I may have to recruit T to blog some days this month, haha.

I so wanted to do Elf on a Shelf last year but just felt like Buggy was too young.  This year, I picked up the set and we have read the book a few times and named our elf Adam.  This morning he was into Bug's crayons and coloring book when she came down the stairs.  Still a little groggy she didn't want to touch him, but she certainly kept talking about how Adam was coloring in her book.

She's a Lefty

When did my girl learn to write her name all by herself?  I was completely amazed when she grabbed some scratch paper on mail day and wrote the M and A all by herself before asking what came next.  I had to tell her about the R but she definitely knew that the I and two S's were next!  

She amazes me daily on what she knows and how she loves to learn things.  Asking questions is very common around here and she's extremely observant!
