We finally received Ladybug's referral on December 2, 2009! She's a precious baby girl from Hubei, China.

What else is there to do when on hold for 30 minutes to get internet to work again?

Use the cordless on speaker phone and empty the dishwasher, wash/dry clothes, clean the toilet, wipe down the kitchen counters.....you get the idea!
