Before I organized and cleaned up my Scrapbook Nook, I made this small China Journal to carry around in my purse. I wanted to be able to write down my thoughts during the trip so I did very few embellishments and left plenty of room for mostly journaling. I will probably add a few pictures when we get back. It's important for me to capture all of the feelings and thoughts of seeing a new country and becoming a Mom, both for the first time.
it's secured with a pretty band and pen and ready to be packed. A week from today we will be on that plane! Wow, one week away!

We too are getting ready to go-We travel to Hong Kong on Tuesday, Jan 19th and then on to Nanchang to pick up our Lily on the 24th. I've packed and unpacked so many times! Maybe we will see each other in Guanzhou? I hope you have an amazing trip to your Ladybug.
